Cyber Readiness Kit is built to help a small or midsize business move from uncertainty to practical, documented improvement without requiring the owner to become a cybersecurity expert.

Eligible first-year customers have 60 days to give CRK a fair shot.Complete your tracked readiness baseline, work through your first recommended priority actions, and use CRK's proof process for those actions. If CRK still does not document measurable readiness improvement, you may request a full refund of the eligible first-year Cyber Readiness Kit platform charge.

What counts as giving CRK a fair shot?

1. Establish your baselineComplete the readiness work needed for CRK to identify what is known, unknown, exposed, and already protected.

2. Work through your first prioritiesWork through the first three recommended priority actions within the 60-day period, or all recommended actions if fewer than three are available.

3. Use the platform’s proof processAdd supporting proof for each of those first priority actions using the guidance, prepared materials, provider requests, and evidence workflow CRK gives you. Starting an action is not enough. A CRK-prepared working document by itself does not satisfy the proof requirement unless it has been independently verified.

What is measurable readiness improvement?

Improvement can include a significant exposure being resolved, an important protection being verified with evidence, an unknown condition being converted into a confirmed condition, or another meaningful readiness improvement documented by CRK. Progress is measured against the baseline CRK records when full-platform readiness tracking begins.

How the refund request works

If the fair-shot requirement is met and CRK does not document measurable progress, submit a Results Guarantee request from your account within 60 days of the eligible first-year purchase. CRK records the baseline, first recommended actions, proof activity, current progress, and your explanation for billing review. Refunds are reviewed before being issued; the platform does not automatically move money or bypass payment-security controls.

The Results Guarantee applies to eligible first-year Cyber Readiness Kit platform purchases completed on or after 2026-09-06. It does not reimburse third-party MSP, consultant, vendor, software, hardware, insurance, or other outside costs. Monthly continuation or rejoin charges remain governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This is a results guarantee, not a security guarantee. Cyber Readiness Kit does not promise that an attack will be prevented, that systems will be secure, that compliance will be achieved, that an insurer or customer will accept an answer or document, or that a particular financial loss will be avoided.

Nothing in this guarantee limits refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. The Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy govern the complete contractual terms.
