Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel future renewal at any time
Your checkout states the first-year price and the monthly continuation rate for your pricing cohort. Current list pricing is $1,495 for the first year then $99 per month. Eligible early customers may receive the count-limited founding offer of $299 for the first year then $29 per month, grandfathered for life. Customers can cancel future renewal from the Account page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not remove access already paid for; the workspace remains available through the end of the paid period and may become read-only afterward. Workspace data is generally retained after paid access ends so you can return without starting over, but continued retention is not guaranteed indefinitely and is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Cyber Readiness Results Guarantee
Eligible first-year Cyber Readiness Kit platform purchases made on or after September 6, 2026 are covered by the Cyber Readiness Results Guarantee. You have 60 days from the eligible purchase to establish your tracked readiness baseline, work through the first three recommended priority actions (or all recommended actions if fewer than three exist), and use CRK's proof process for each of those priority actions. Merely opening or starting an action is not enough. A CRK-prepared working document by itself does not satisfy the proof requirement unless it has been independently verified. If CRK still does not document measurable readiness improvement, you may request a full refund of the eligible first-year CRK platform charge.
Measurable readiness improvement can include resolving a significant exposure, verifying an important protection with evidence, clarifying an unknown condition into a confirmed condition, or another meaningful improvement documented by CRK. Results Guarantee requests are reviewed before a refund is issued. The guarantee does not reimburse MSP, consultant, vendor, software, hardware, insurance, or other third-party costs and does not apply to later monthly continuation or rejoin charges except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The Results Guarantee is not a promise of security, attack prevention, compliance, insurance acceptance, customer acceptance, or a particular financial outcome.
Other first-year refund eligibility
Outside the Results Guarantee, a first-year purchase is generally non-refundable once the secure workspace has been provisioned. We will provide a refund or appropriate billing correction for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, a material Cyber Readiness Kit service failure that prevents delivery of the purchased service and is not reasonably cured, or when a refund is required by applicable law.
Monthly continuation or rejoin
Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the paid monthly period begins. Canceling future renewal prevents later monthly charges but does not normally create a prorated refund for the current paid month. Duplicate, unauthorized, material-service-failure, and legally required refunds remain eligible for review.
Included evidence analysis
Evidence analysis is part of paid platform access and is not billed as a separate add-on. Fair-use or AI spending controls may pause or defer unusually expensive processing without creating an additional customer charge.
How to request a Results Guarantee or billing review
Eligible customers can review their recorded Results Guarantee status and submit a request from the signed-in Results Guarantee page. For other billing questions, contact support@cyberreadinesskit.com with the account email, organization name, charge date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, MFA codes, or other authentication secrets.
Rights preserved
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
